Website Policies
Privacy, cookies and accessibility at Finesse Primary Care
Effective and last updated: October 18, 2026.
These policies explain how we handle information on finessecares.com and how to contact us about privacy or accessibility. They apply to our public website, including its enquiry forms. Our medical records and clinical services are subject to separate privacy requirements.
Please protect your privacy: provide only the basic contact details needed for us to respond. Do not include symptoms, diagnoses, medications, medical records, insurance or Social Security numbers, payment details, passwords, or other sensitive information in website forms or ordinary email. Call our office for instructions or use the patient portal for appropriate clinical communications. Website messages are not monitored continuously. For a medical emergency, call 911.

Privacy Policy
Information collected through this website
Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address and phone number, with an optional message. These are personal information. We receive the information you choose to submit, including any sensitive information you include despite the warning above. Submissions are saved in our WordPress website system and sent to our office email, info@finessecares.com.
Website hosting, security and third-party services may also receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, referring page, timestamps and interactions. Cookies and similar technologies can associate visits with a browser or device. See the Cookie Policy below for the services present on this website.
How information is used and disclosed
We use enquiries to respond, provide clinic information, coordinate appointment requests and maintain records of communications. Technical information supports website operation, security, troubleshooting and usage measurement. An appointment request is not a confirmed appointment until our office confirms it.
Information may be handled by staff and service providers involved in these activities, including our hosting, website support, email and form-service providers. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or lawful process, or as legally permitted to address security, fraud or threats to safety. Third-party website technologies can receive information directly from your browser as described below.
Medical information and HIPAA
This website policy is not our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices and does not replace your rights concerning medical information. Contact our office to request the notice that applies to your care or to discuss access to medical records. Our obligations under applicable health privacy laws continue to apply when information is protected by those laws. Sending a form, visiting this site or accepting cookies is not a HIPAA authorization for disclosures that require one.
Retention and security
Enquiries can remain in website submission records, office email and backups. Retention depends on the purpose of the information, applicable recordkeeping requirements and the need to resolve disputes or maintain security. Contact us about a particular record rather than assuming that sending a message or closing your browser deletes it.
No website, email system or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. This public form is not a substitute for the patient portal. If you accidentally submit sensitive information, call our office promptly so we can discuss appropriate handling; please do not repeat that information in another website message.
Your choices and requests
You may use the phone instead of the public enquiry form. To ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or exercise rights available under applicable privacy law, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity through an appropriate method before disclosing or changing records. Do not email identity documents or medical details unless our office has arranged a suitable channel. Some information may need to be retained under applicable law.
Privacy rights depend on the law and information involved. Nothing in this policy limits rights that apply to you, requires you to waive them, or prevents you from contacting a regulator. This public website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian concerned about information submitted by a child should contact our office.
Cookie Policy
Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, tags and embedded content. Some support website operation or preferences; others measure activity or enable third-party services.
- Website functionality and security: WordPress and supporting services may use cookies or local storage for sessions, security, preferences and administrator sign-in.
- Google measurement: this website loads a Google tag through Site Kit. Google services can receive technical and usage information and use cookies or similar identifiers. The information collected depends on the connected Google services, their settings and your browser.
- Embedded services: Google Maps, Google sign-in components and the Elementor accessibility widget may contact their providers when loaded. These providers may receive IP addresses, device details and page information, and may use their own cookies or local storage.
Third-party providers may associate information with other activity over time or across websites under their own policies and settings. Please review Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s cookie information for details and controls.
Managing cookies and browser signals
You can use your browser settings to block or remove cookies and control third-party storage. Some functions may work differently after blocking cookies. Deleting cookies does not remove information already received by us or a third party. Where applicable, Google also offers its Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
This website does not currently provide a verified site-wide cookie preference mechanism that blocks every optional third-party technology. Browser “Do Not Track” signals do not currently cause the website to disable those technologies automatically. Global Privacy Control is a separate signal; we do not represent that every integrated service automatically processes it. Any obligations to honor applicable opt-out rights remain in effect. Contact us for help with a privacy request. Browsing this site is not a waiver of those rights.
Patient Portals and Third-Party Websites
Our Patient Fusion portal, electronic medical record platforms, external scheduling or payment services, maps, social networks and other linked websites are operated by their respective providers. Their privacy notices, cookie policies, accessibility information and terms govern their own collection and handling of information. Review those notices before signing in or submitting information.
We do not control all content or technical practices on independently operated websites. A link does not mean that this website policy covers that provider. Our own responsibilities for information we receive, and duties under applicable law or agreements with our providers, are not removed by linking to a third-party service. If a portal is inaccessible or you are unsure where to send medical information, call our office for assistance.
Accessibility Policy
Finesse Primary Care aims to make website information and access to our services usable by people with disabilities, including people using screen readers, keyboards, magnification and other assistive technology. Our accessibility goal is alignment with WCAG 2.2 Level AA as we maintain and improve the site. This statement is not a certification that every page or third-party component meets every criterion.
We seek readable text, adequate color contrast, meaningful headings and links, labelled forms and keyboard access. Accessibility tools or overlays are optional aids and do not replace accessible page design, testing or remediation.
Report a barrier or request assistance
Call (760) 906-9362 or email info@finessecares.com with the subject “Website accessibility.” If possible, identify the page address, what you were trying to do, the barrier encountered, and your preferred way to be contacted. You may mention your browser or assistive technology if helpful; no diagnosis or sensitive medical information is needed.
Our office is open Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. We will review reported barriers and work with you to provide information or assistance through an appropriate accessible method. You do not have to use the website to request care. This feedback process does not restrict your rights or require you to contact us before exercising them.
Website Information and Use
Website material provides general information about our practice and health topics. It is not an individual diagnosis, treatment plan or substitute for professional medical advice. Do not delay needed care because of website content. Browsing or submitting a general enquiry alone does not establish a physician–patient relationship.
We aim to keep details current, but services, availability, insurance participation and prices can change. Confirm details with the office before relying on them for a care or payment decision. Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access or submit another person’s information without appropriate authority. Nothing here excludes obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
