Yes. We accept Original Medicare, IEHP, most major Medicare Advantage plans (including SCAN, UHC, Alignment, Humana, Wellcare, Blue Shield 65 Plus, Anthem MediBlue, Clever Care, and Astiva), and major commercial and Covered California carriers. For self-pay patients, we offer transparent flat-rate visits ($150 for new patients, $100 for follow-ups), which include vitals review, history and physical, an in-office ECG if needed, and access to our heavily discounted cash-pay laboratory rates.
