Acute & Urgent Care

Same-day sick visits and treatment for minor infections in Apple Valley and Rancho Cucamonga.

Help when illness interrupts your day

Finesse Primary Care offers sick visits for adults at our Apple Valley and Rancho Cucamonga offices. Call early to ask about same-day availability. Your visit is with a primary care team that can connect today’s symptoms with your medical history and ongoing care.

We evaluate non-emergency concerns such as:

  • Colds, flu symptoms, sore throat, cough and fever
  • Minor infections, including urinary symptoms and common skin infections
  • Stomach illness, nausea, vomiting and dehydration
  • New rashes, skin irritation and other acute concerns

Testing, treatment and referrals depend on your symptoms and examination. For persistent breathing problems or asthma follow-up, explore our respiratory health services.

A clear plan for feeling better

At your visit, we review your symptoms, medicines, allergies and relevant medical history, then explain the next steps. That may include testing for a suspected infection, a prescription when appropriate, supportive care or a referral.

Flu and COVID-19 concerns

Call if you have new symptoms or questions about a possible exposure. Tell the team about any fever or respiratory symptoms before arriving so they can guide your visit. Ongoing prevention and immunizations are part of preventive and wellness care.

Dehydration and IV fluids

We assess illness-related dehydration and whether drinking fluids is sufficient. IV fluids may be considered when clinically appropriate after medical evaluation. More severe illness may require care in an emergency department.

Skin symptoms and minor infections

We evaluate common rashes, irritation and minor skin infections. If a concern needs a procedure, specialist care or a higher level of treatment, we help arrange the next step.
